Booking Terms and Conditions

It is our aim to make your visit to 7 The Vale Caravan Park, a great experience.  However, we must ask that you read and accept the following terms and conditions which must be complied with by all persons.  These enable us to maintain our standards, to assist in proper management and ensure your safety, as well as establishing a clear legal contract for cancellation, damage and exceptional circumstance. 

The Caravan will be  available from 3 pm on day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the Caravan by 11 am on the day of departure, if you would like a later check out, please get in touch.  On departure the Caravan should be left clean and tidy. All rubbish and recycling is to be disposed of responsibly in the bins provided on the Park.  All kitchen items used during the stay are to be washed and returned to the original position. 

You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking.

When you make a booking and pay the 15% non- refundable deposit an email confirming the dates and times of your holiday will be sent to you. Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract. The full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

For all cancellations made with more than 5 days before arrival, a full refund will be processed.

If you cancel your booking within 5 days of your arrival date, a partial 50% refund will be processed.

If you wish to transfer the date of your stay outside the cancellation time then your booking must be taken within a 6 month period from the original date of your stay. On cancellation we have the right to resell the booking.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. 

We reserve the right to cancel a holiday at short notice if for unforeseeable circumstances we are unable to provide safe accommodation due to extreme conditions, ill health, fire or administration or any other extenuating circumstance. Under such unlikely circumstances your full payment will be returned. We  cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss, including consequential loss caused by cancellation. 

If on your arrival you find any items or fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery is broken, damaged or missing, please report it to us and it will be replaced. We do accept a degree of wear and tear but should any significant damage or breakage occur during the period of your stay you will be held responsible for and must make good to the lowest market value. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where a caravan has been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, litter, smoking, pets, interference in the structure, removal  of furniture and contents etc. 

Guests will be held responsible for any fire or damage by negligence. 

Sevenvale at 7 The Vale Caravan Park cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen property. Please ensure that you lock all the doors and windows when leaving the Caravan. 

Smoking in the Caravan is not permitted. Anyone who smokes outside is responsible for disposing of their cigarette butts in a bin/ashtray and not littering the surrounding area.  The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide meters inside the Caravan must not be tampered with, and if the alarms sound  then occupants must vacate immediately. 

Place all food in secure containers and don’t leave rubbish bags outside as it will attract the wildlife. 

Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children on the site. All Children under 15 years must not be left alone on the site at any time. 

Due to the proximity of overhead power lines kites/remote control aircraft is not permitted. 

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised by an adult at all times. They must not be left unaccompanied in the Caravan. 

Quiet hours must be respected between 10 pm. and 8 am, please respect park guests. 

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. 

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us and will be used in line with the current GDPR regulations.
